Step 4: Implementation
Once approved , the design is implemented and details are refined. Purchases are made for clients after receipt of deposits, (or full payments) along with a signed Sales Order form. Also, your payment is, in effect, a confirmation of the order. Most orders are non-cancelable.
You are always the final decision-maker. You are responsible for hiring and paying contractors and subcontractors, such as electricians and painters. The contractors and subcontractors are responsible for proper building practices. All final decisions are deferred to the owner.
