Step 2: Design Development
Scaled and detailed architectural drawings are created using AutoCad. Depending on the scope of the project your drawings may include remodeling layout, kitchen cabinet layout, bathroom layout, layout of furniture, lighting placement, custom built-in units, electrical plans, switching plans, dimensions, flooring and elevations.

This phase includes specification of each furnishing and every surface that will go into your design. Your decisions are critical during this stage of the project to insure a timely flow and lower costs on design time.
